What do you get on your own case about?

Are you focused on someone else’s behaviors and don’t notice what you do and how you might be able to improve? Or are you so focused yourself that you don’t notice what others are doing?

The only person we can change is ourselves. How do we change when we are being hard on ourselves? We can’t. Take the moment and stop. Telling yourself that you aren’t doing enough, being enough or changing enough does not change anything for the positive. It creates resistance. Resistance with others and with ourselves prevents good things from coming into our lives.

You may or may not be doing enough, but feeling negatively about yourself and your efforts prevents you from either you stopping what you are doing to yourself or starting what you are needing to do for yourself.

Whatever your go to is, you are good enough. You are enough. Just you being you, reading this, being a parent, a human being. You are enough. People who over-do or under-do are on the same coin but different sides. The goal is to go off the coin and have the life you are meant to have. Live your dreams. Pursue your truth out loud. If others don’t like it, let them be and keep on keeping on.

Light will be consistently fought with dark. Light always wins. A dark room will be illuminated by light. Be light and truth within yourself so that you can share it with others. We can not share something we do not have within us. The light within us can help reflect light to others to bring out the light in them. Be the change and by doing so you can inspire others. What means the most to you at the end of the day?

Do it. Just for today. Give to someone, just for the sake of giving. You will be glad you did.

See you next week! :)
