We often think that the more we do, the more we produce. If this is true for you, are you busier than you want to be? Are you an entrepreneur who became self-employed to have the freedom to be on your own and make your own decisions but you find yourself now being told what to do and when to do it by your own company? These are not optimal situations.

I encourage you to connect with your truth and your original vision for your life. Did it involve you being so busy that you don’t have time to have fun, relax, and enjoy the rewards of your efforts? I’m sure it did not. It involved you making the world a better place, earning an income and doing it because you love it. At what point did it change for you? Or did it?

Today, if you are employed or self-employed, I encourage you to remind yourself why you are doing what you do. Take the stress and anxiety out of it and just be you. You are good enough. You have plenty to offer. Put everything you have into today and don’t worry about the outcome. After you have determined it was enough (because it will feel right), then go do something else. That is enough work.

Enjoy the day. Nothing ever gets done better when you are busy doing and feeling stressed about it. We get more done, have more fun and are healthier and happier when we slow down, relax, and keep our minds mindful. If we are doing this, plenty of opportunities and doors will open without you having to work for it. Our minds and brains are two different entities. Our brain is something physical, while our mind is how we are, what we think about and what we create from our thoughts.

What do you want to create today?

If you celebrate Halloween, Happy Halloween.

See you next time! :)
